1. Ordering with Us
When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
We may reach out to clarify details about your order, pickup, or delivery — especially for custom treats that need a little extra love and care.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We never store or see your full credit card information. Prices and availability may change without notice, but we’ll always honor the price confirmed at checkout.
3. Custom Orders
We love creating personalized sweets! Custom orders require advance notice and may include a deposit. Because each custom treat is made just for you, deposits and payments for custom work are non-refundable once production has begun.
4. Pickups & Deliveries
We do our best to make sure every order is ready on time and handled with care. Please arrive promptly for pickups and double-check your delivery address when placing an order. Once your order has been picked up or delivered, we can’t take responsibility for handling, storage, or transportation issues.
5. Allergies & Ingredients
While we take great care in the kitchen, please note that our products are made in a facility that may handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. If you have allergies, let us know before ordering so we can advise accordingly and try our best to avoid any allergic reactions. We will not be held liable for any allergic reactions.

All images, text, and recipes on our website belong to The Sweet Escape Baking. Please don’t copy or use them without permission — we pour our hearts into everything we create!

Refund & Return Policy

We want every bite from The Sweet Escape Baking to make you smile! Because all our treats are made to order, we handle refunds and replacements carefully and fairly.
1. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items (like cakes or decorated desserts) are made just for you. Once production has begun, these orders are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate changes if we haven’t started baking yet.
2. Standard Orders
For pre-made or standard menu items, we accept cancellations up to 48 hours before pickup or delivery for a full refund. After that, ingredients and prep are already in motion, so refunds may not be possible.
3. Order Issues or Errors
If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out as soon as noticed. We’ll happily review the situation and offer a replacement or partial refund if appropriate. We may ask for a photo to help us understand the issue and improve in the future.
4. Pickup and Delivery Responsibility
Once your order leaves our hands — whether picked up or delivered — it’s up to you to keep your treats stored properly (cool, dry, and safe from curious fingers!). We can’t offer refunds for damage that happens after pickup or delivery.
